The 2019 fiscal year at Vail Resorts runs from August 1, 2018 - July 31, 2019. The Compensation Analysis Tool (CAT) is our compensation planning system used during this year-end process. As a manager, you will use the CAT to make recommendations to your employees' pay and promotion decisions. You will be able to recommend market adjustments, promotions, and discretionary bonuses. You will also have access to Total Comp Statements for your grade 26+ employees.
