Beth Ganz, our Vice President of Public Affairs and Sustainability, was recently selected as one of the 2016 "Top 25 Most Powerful Women" in Colorado, named by the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce. When asked what this recognition means to her, Beth said, "It is thrilling to be recognized with such an amazing group of leaders. I spent much of my life working on issues that affect women and promote women’s empowerment, so this has even more meaning." Her advice to young women starting in their careers is to think about their skills, abilities and interests so they can articulate them well and see the impact they have through those skills on others. "The sooner any of us can recognize the true impact we can have on others, the greater our contribution will be," Beth reflected.

Please join us in congratulating Beth on this prestigious recognition. You can read more about this accomplishment here. And, you can learn more about Beth below.

OUR VALUES

Do Good | Describe a meaningful volunteer experience you’ve had in your life.
As a family, we shopped to buy gifts for kids in my son’s school whose families did not have the resources to buy holiday presents. Watching the compassion and enthusiasm my son had to help find the right gift for another "five-year-old boy who likes to play sports" was tremendous.

Have Fun | Tell us about the most fun you’ve had in the past year.
A first tracks powder day at Vail under bluebird skies after a three day snow storm – truly an Experience of a Lifetime!
