Why is diverting waste from landfills so important? Landfill waste releases methane gas, which is 23 times more effective than carbon dioxide at trapping heat in our atmosphere. As part of our Commitment to Zero efforts, we encourage you to divert waste from landfills either through recycling or composting.

RECYCLE

Our recycling bins accept single stream recycling (paper, plastics, aluminum and glass) which excludes Styrofoam, to-go coffee cups, plastic cutlery and plastic film. If you’re unsure about an item’s recyclability, check out our full list here.
